Fantra
These terms explain how Fantra bookings, hospitality packages, and travel services work. Please read them alongside the booking confirmation and supplier-specific conditions.
A booking is confirmed only after payment and a written confirmation from Fantra.
Match availability, hospitality inventory, and travel arrangements may change until confirmed.
You are responsible for providing accurate passenger and attendee details.
Prices are shown in the relevant currency and may change before confirmation.
Deposit and balance terms will be shared in the booking summary for each itinerary.
Bank fees, card fees, and foreign exchange differences may be charged separately.
Amendments depend on supplier and event rules and may carry additional charges.
Cancellations are subject to the refund terms of the underlying ticket, hotel, or travel supplier.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, we will help with the next available option.
Our team will guide you through the visa application process and provide the necessary support and documentation.
However, all visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant embassy or immigration authorities.
Fantra cannot guarantee visa approval and accepts no liability for visa refusals, delays, or resulting travel disruptions.
You must hold valid passports, visas, insurance, and other required travel documents.
Fantra is not responsible for denied boarding or entry caused by missing documentation.
Guests must follow venue, airline, hotel, and event partner rules at all times.
